RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Chic Entourage Boutique offers 14-day contactless returns/exchanges. The product must be returned in NEW condition (Unworn, Unwashed) in the original packaging and/or with tags attached. Returns/Exchanges must be made within 14 days of the ship date. To initiate a return, please email us at chicentourage@gmail.com with the reason for a return and we will provide you the return address. Return shipping cost is $5.00 plus a 1% restocking fee.

DAMAGED OR FAULTY GOODS

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please email us a picture to chicentourage@gmail.com right away. Damaged and/or faulty products will be replaced, as long as it was submitted to Chic Entourage Boutique within 7 days of the ship date.
